Permit Planning
ROW has some of the most experienced traffic control permit writers in the industry. State, county and city permit requirements are always changing and our permit writers make it a priority to stay up-to-date on any updates or changes.
Our established relationships with cities and counties throughout the Southern California area and beyond means we are always in the know of required traffic control forms, criteria and information needed in order to plan for and obtain permits.
ROW will take care of the permit process from start to finish, and will work with all government agencies to ensure timely approval for any permits needed for traffic control, special events, equipment placement or lane/highway/road closures.
Traffic Control Plans & Engineering
ROW provides typical, standard and engineered traffic control plans, and is there from start to finish; drawing and submitting plans, and dealing directly with any agency.
ROW is compliant with the Work Area Traffic Control Handbook (W.A.T.C.H.) and with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (M.U.T.C.D.).

Standard Plans
Like Typical, Standard Plans are also compliant with W.A.T.C.H. and M.U.T.C.D. guidelines, but are more site-specific and detailed. View Plan Sample
Engineered Plans
These plans are much more detailed as ROW conducts a field survey and delivers engineer stamped plans. View Plan Sample
